Lore
The Liquidator-class is the Federation's heavy salvage platform,
designed to strip capital-class wrecks down to their component atoms
and haul the results to market. The largest cargo hold of any T4
salvager and a tow rating that keeps pace with the best in class
ensure that nothing worth recovering gets left behind. Onboard scanners assess wreck value before the
cutting beams fire — the Federation does not spend resources on
materials that won't cover extraction costs. The salvage division
motto: "The market finds a use for everything." The Liquidator
is how they prove it.
