Lore
The Overlord is where Crimson Fleet admirals command battle groups.
Unlike other empires' command ships, the Overlord carries enough
personal firepower to be a threat in its own right — four weapon
mounts and sixty points of armor ensure that the flagship doesn't
need an escort to survive contact with the enemy. The coordination
suite manages fleet-wide targeting, formation changes, and fire
concentration from systems hardened against electronic warfare. Five
utility slots accommodate the electronic warfare countermeasures,
sensor packages, and communication arrays that keep a Crimson
battle group operating as a single lethal organism. Commanding an
Overlord is the highest rank in the Fleet's operational hierarchy.
