The Cryo Industrial-class is a self-contained ice economy in a hull.
Harvest ice, process it into water, coolant, and fuel components,
package the products, and haul 3,000 units of finished goods to market
without ever docking at a station. The Federation controls the water
supply chain because whoever controls ice controls fuel and life
support. The Cryo Industrial is how the Federation exercises that
control: industrial-scale cryo-processing that reduces entire ice
fields to refined commodities. Zero weapons because the Cryo
Industrial's value makes it worth escorting properly.
