Lore
Named for the traditional Rim phrase that precedes every great engineering decision, the Hold My Beer is built for salvage operations in places other empires consider too dangerous, too remote, or too prone to secondary explosions. Nothing else in the salvager class gets to a wreck site this fast or leaves as quickly when the situation deteriorates. The oversized tow array drags intact wreck sections to safety at speeds that make insurance adjusters uncomfortable. The tradeoff is cargo — the hold is the smallest of any T3 salvager, so crews learn to prioritize the high-value pieces and leave the rest. The fuel-efficient drive stretches the tank far enough that distance is rarely the limiting factor.
