Lore
The Lemma-class is the Confederacy's primary reconnaissance platform — fast, unarmed, and loaded with more sensor capacity than some ships twice its size. The integrated survey scanner and default ship scanner generate enough data to keep a research team busy for weeks, and the onboard cargo hold is sized for bringing physical samples home alongside the telemetry. Speed 5 and zero weapon slots is a deliberate design choice: the Lemma arrives first, observes everything, and leaves before the situation develops. The high processing capacity and open utility slots let pilots configure the rest to taste.
