A capital-grade deep-space sensor that can scan POIs up to two system jumps away. Its scan power is extreme at the facility's own POI but decays sharply over distance — by two jumps out the reading is weak enough that a stealthy or cloaked ship can still slip past it. The closer a target is to the station, the more it reveals.
