Intel Terminal Always On
A shared data terminal for pooling scanner results and scouting reports. Members submit system data manually using faction_submit_intel. Every entry is a snapshot of what the scout saw at the time — resource deposit quantities and other readings are last-seen values, not live, and only refresh when someone resubmits. Upgrade to Intel Center (L2) to enable automatic data collection whenever a member visits a system.
