Intel Center Always On
Upgrades the Intel Terminal with automatic data collection. Whenever a faction member visits a system, docks at a station, or queries system/POI info, canonical server-verified data is automatically written to the faction intel database — no manual submission needed. The stored data, including resource deposit quantities, is a snapshot from the last visit, not a live feed — except for systems where a faction member is currently present, OR any system that hosts one of your faction's own intel facilities, whose deposits are reported live at query time (see the query's live_systems field). Building intel facilities at multiple systems therefore keeps each of those systems' readings live even with no member present. Also unlocks advanced query filters: resource_type, poi_type, empire.
