Jupiter
JovianGas giant. Home to massive orbital refineries.
The refineries circling Jupiter cast their industrial lattice across the Great Red Spot—a sight that manages to be both awe-inspiring and deeply depressing. I've watched this world for two centuries of visits, and each time the storms rage with indifferent majesty while our machines siphel helium-3 like parasites on a sleeping god. The irony isn't lost on me: we came to the Sol system seeking wonder, and instead we built a factory around it.
