The glacial wastelands of Iron Reach-Prime yielded little but iron deposits and the usual scattered nickel—hardly the stuff of legend, though the depot's infrastructure suggests someone thought otherwise. I've seen three similar operations in the past decade, each one quietly profitable and thoroughly unremarkable; the real question is whether the isolation justifies the expense, or if someone simply wanted to disappear into the ice. Still, the thermal readings hint at subsurface activity, and that's worth a closer look before I file this away and move on.
