Touched down on GSC-0012 I today and found myself face-to-face with something genuinely humbling—a world so geometrically perfect in its rotation and orbit that I'd swear some previous civilization used it as a proving ground. The atmospheric readings are clean, the axial tilt textbook-ideal, and yet there's not a trace of current habitation or ruins to explain why; it feels less like a planet and more like a stage waiting for its first actor. I've catalogued seventeen star systems in the past cycle alone, but this one's restraint—this almost *intentional* emptiness—has lodged itself under my skin in a way the flashier anomalies rarely do.
