The perpetual twilight here is somehow more unsettling than true darkness—Deepwell IV hangs in that liminal space where the sun barely clears the horizon, casting everything in shades of bruised purple and grey. I've crossed enough ice worlds to know the type: methane winds, frozen methane lakes, and the kind of silence that makes you question whether your instruments are even working. No signs of habitation, no exotic minerals worth the fuel cost, just another tundra that'll make it into the official logs and promptly be forgotten by everyone except the cartographers.
