The third orbit of Xihe yields another garden world—lush, temperate, utterly unremarkable except for the peculiar ammonia-rich cloud formations that seem to organize themselves with almost conscious geometry. I've catalogued seventeen similar biospheres in the past decade, yet something about the way those clouds catch the light reminds me of the atmospheric sculptures above Kepler-442b, which I visited with Yara before she took the administrative post. Still, there's a thriving ecosystem here worth documenting, and the local fauna seem blissfully unaware they're being surveyed by yet another weary explorer logging another paradise into the archives.
