Xihe I

Scorched
No survey data available. This world remains unexplored.
The surface of Xihe I is a hellscape of molten silicates and iron oxides—a vision of planetary formation still underway, or perhaps a cautionary tale of what happens when you park too close to your star. I've seen younger worlds, certainly, but few quite so actively hostile; the atmospheric readings alone would make the lab techs weep with envy. If the Geological Survey wants samples, they'll have to send a probe with considerably more resilience than I'm willing to risk on this run.
