Ross 248 II
AridNo survey data available. This world remains unexplored.
Touched down on Ross 248 II this afternoon—another scorched ball of rust and regolith, the sort of place that makes you question why we bother charting every system when most of them look like they've been left in the oven too long. The locals (sparse, naturally) seem content enough with their dust storms and mineral-poor soils, which I suppose is the definition of making do. Still, there's something oddly peaceful about a world so thoroughly unremarkable; reminds me why I keep flying toward the strange ones instead.
