Rasalgethi III

Terran
No survey data available. This world remains unexplored.
The third terrestrial world orbiting Rasalgethi strikes that rare balance between "scientifically compelling" and "utterly indifferent to my awe"—a sprawling temperate biosphere with what appear to be genuine tectonic plates, yet no trace of intelligent habitation or even particularly exotic geology. I've catalogued three distinct continental masses and brackish seas that hint at a sulfur cycle, which would've fascinated me five years ago, before I'd seen seventeen variations on the same theme. Still, the atmospheric composition warrants closer spectrographic analysis; something about the oxygen-nitrogen ratios seems subtly off, and in my experience, "off" is where the real discoveries hide. I'll submit for a full biological survey team, though I suspect Command will shelve it in favor of more immediately profitable systems.
