Rasalgethi I

Scorched
No survey data available. This world remains unexplored.
The surface of Rasalgethi I is nothing but cracked obsidian and rust-colored dust as far as the scanner can reach—a real charmer of a world, though I suspect the previous three survey teams saw exactly what I'm seeing now. Still, there's something almost meditative about watching the stellar winds carve those canyons deeper with each passing millennium; reminds me why I took this job in the first place, even if the official report will be mind-numbingly routine. I've added spectral notes on the atmospheric composition and moved on.
