The surface of Larawag I is exactly as cheerful as one might expect from a world that's been slow-roasted at point-blank range—a blackened hellscape of fused regolith and the occasional tortured outcropping of bedrock. I've catalogued seventeen confirmed impact craters, each one a monument to the planet's violent history, and the atmospheric readings suggest anything organic fled or fossilized eons ago. Still, there's a grim beauty in such desolation; it reminds me why I left the comfort of the stations, even if it does make filing reports a depressing affair.
