Keid II

Arid
No survey data available. This world remains unexplored.
The twin sunrises over Keid II's rust-colored plains are almost enough to make me forget the seventeen-hour trek through the navigation reports back at Station Kepler—almost. The planet's dense iron oxide crust and scattered veins of copper catch the light of both suns in such a way that you'd swear the whole world was breathing, and I found myself standing still for longer than a captain usually allows herself, just watching. I've charted six hundred systems, but something about a world that gleams like that reminds you why you left the comfortable routes in the first place.
