Gudja II

Arid
No survey data available. This world remains unexplored.
The sulfurous hellscape of Gudja II lives up to its reputation—a planet so aggressively inhospitable that even the automated probes seemed reluctant to transmit their data. Veins of native sulfur streak the obsidian plains like frozen lightning, and the atmospheric pressure alone would crush a standard hull; I watched the readouts spike and thought of poor Castellan's expedition to Kepler-442b, though at least *that* world had the decency to be merely lethal rather than actively corrosive. Still, there's a terrible beauty to it—those sulfur deposits catch the light of Gudja's rust-red star in ways that make the barrenness almost worth cataloging. We're moving on at first light.
