GSC-0041 I

Scorched
No survey data available. This world remains unexplored.
Touched down on GSC-0041 I today—a sullen little world orbiting a K-class star that's seen better days. The atmosphere's so thick with sulfur compounds that even the corrosion-resistant hull plating had me nervous, though the landscape itself was almost meditative in its barrenness: endless rust-colored plains interrupted by volcanic vents that hissed like something alive and deeply irritated. Nothing here I haven't catalogued before, but I'll admit there's a certain grim beauty to a world that's utterly committed to being inhospitable. Logged the data and pushed off before the acid clouds decided to make a real problem of things.
