GSC-0036 II
AridA rocky world far enough from The Furnace to retain a crust, but not far enough to retain an atmosphere. The surface is cratered and lifeless, baked clean by periodic radiation bursts.
# GSC-0036 II
Another rust-colored ball spinning quietly in the void—GSC-0036 II is the sort of arid world that makes you understand why the early survey teams developed a drinking problem. The canyons are deep enough to swallow a capital ship, and the silica-rich regolith glitters under the local star like some sort of cosmic joke about desolation, but there's precious little else to recommend it. I've seen four planets like this in the last rotation alone, and I suspect the next survey team won't even bother filing a detailed report.
