GSC-0013 II

Arid
No survey data available. This world remains unexplored.
Another scorched ball of silicate and rust orbiting a middling K-type star—hardly the stuff of expedition reports, though I'll admit the atmospheric iron oxide concentrations are vivid enough to paint the entire terminator line a shade of burnt sienna I haven't seen since the deserts of Kepler-442b. The geological surveys suggest nothing more exotic than weathered basalt and oxidized regolith, which means our cartographers will file this under "catalogued" and I'll move on before the supply ship arrives with its inevitable bureaucratic manifests. Still, there's something almost meditative about worlds like this—the universe's way of reminding you that not every system needs to yield wonders to be worth the visit.
