Electra III

Scorched
No survey data available. This world remains unexplored.
The atmospheric readings from Electra III are frankly ridiculous—layers of methane and ammonia clouds so thick that our instruments took three passes just to glimpse the surface beneath, and what we found was a landscape of crystalline methane ice formations that catch the starlight like some cosmic jewelry box. I've charted three hundred worlds, and I've never seen ice sculptures on this scale; the erosion patterns suggest winds that would tear a starship apart in seconds. Reminded me of the frozen canyons on Kepler-452b, except those didn't sparkle quite so magnificently through the haze. Worth a proper geological survey if the budget committee ever stops obsessing over the trade routes.
