Diadem III strikes that rare balance between hospitable and utterly unremarkable—breathable atmosphere, stable plate tectonics, the usual roster of carbon-based life puttering about in their evolutionary business. I've catalogued seventeen worlds like this in the past decade alone, each one a perfectly serviceable garden that some colony board will inevitably squabble over in five years' time. Still, there's something oddly comforting about a terran world that asks nothing of you but observation; after the poltergeist anomalies near Kepler's Gate, I found myself grateful for the sheer, boring normalcy of it all.
