Diadem I

Scorched
No survey data available. This world remains unexplored.
The surface of Diadem I is a nightmare of cracked basalt and sulfurous vents—beautiful in the way a scar is beautiful, I suppose. Reminds me of Kepler-452's hellworld, except the atmospheric pressure here would crush a reinforced suit in minutes; I watched the probe telemetry flatline at 1,200 meters descent. Not worth a second survey, but worth the memory: there's something humbling about standing at the observation deck knowing a planet exists that actively wants you dead.
