Deneb I

Scorched
No survey data available. This world remains unexplored.
Deneb I lives up to its reputation as a hellscape—surface temperatures that would vaporize most hull alloys, with atmospheric pressure that could crush a reinforced survey pod flat. I've seen hotter worlds, but rarely one so *aggressively* hostile; the mineral composition scans suggest iron oxide dominates, which at least explains the rust-red haze visible from orbit. Remind me never to accept a terraform contract here, no matter what the corporate contracts department offers. The locals can have it.
