Brachium I

Scorched
No survey data available. This world remains unexplored.
The gravity wells here are absolutely vicious—Brachium I's mass sits somewhere between a gas giant's sullen cousin and a terrestrial oddball, making approach vectors a nightmare I haven't dealt with since the Kepler Expanse back in '47. Still, the view from stable orbit is worth the white-knuckle descent: a rust-colored sphere wrapped in what looks like perpetual storm systems, all ochre and deep crimson, suggesting some genuinely violent atmospheric chemistry at work. I've added it to the "return with better equipment" file, though I suspect the bureaucrats at Station Nine will find it too hostile for profitable mining. Beautiful, hostile places rarely make anyone credits.
