Acubens I is a rather unremarkable terrestrial world orbiting a K-class star—the kind of place that makes one appreciate why most expeditions bypass it for the more storied systems. Still, there's something oddly peaceful about a planet with no resource deposits of note, no hostile conditions, and no signs of previous visitors; it reminds me that not every world needs to justify its existence through utility. I've left it unmapped beyond basic coordinates, though I confess I spent an extra hour in orbit simply watching the slow rotation of its ochre continents, a luxury the schedules back at Central rarely permit.
