Named for Anaximander's concept of the boundless and indefinite, the Apeiron introduces a field of low-grade informational entropy into nearby systems. Enemy sensor readings become imprecise. Targeting solutions drift. Communications develop a faint echo that makes speakers doubt their own words. The Collective insists the Apeiron carries no offensive electronic warfare equipment — the effect is merely a "natural consequence of the power systems operating at nominal output." This explanation satisfies no one except other Voidborn.
