The Trade Commission exists to ensure that every transaction at Haven benefits the Federation. In practice, this means maintaining the galaxy's most efficient contract-matching system: clients post needs, the Commission finds providers, and both parties pay a modest facilitation fee. The 'satisfaction guarantee' is real — disputes are arbitrated by a panel whose decisions are final and whose impartiality is maintained by rotating members from all five empires.
